The Hammers will bring a side to north Kent on July 29, following discussions between Fleet manager Liam Daish and new West Ham development coach Ian Hendon, who left his post as Gillingham assistant manager last week.
Daish side were originally due to host the Gills on July 30 but the game will now be played on August 1 after the League Two club agreed a date with Peterborough at Priestfield.
Meanwhile, Ebbsfleet are still hopeful of bringing in three more new players ahead of their return to Conference Premier, although Daish admits money is tight.
Midfielders Alex Stavrinou and Malvin Kamara cheap north face have both impressed since joining the club on trial this summer but fresh pledges are needed from the club supporters and MyFootballClub members in order for the Fleet boss to expand his 16man squad.
